NEW ORLEANS — Surveillance video shows what happened leading up to an officer-involved shooting in New Orleans East. Authorities say 40-year-old Donald Davis Jr. brought a gun to an apartment leasing office and then fired at officers when they arrived.
Davis allegedly yelled “shoot me, I dare you,” before cops say he fired his weapon. He was killed in the shooting.
