PENNSYLVANIA — A State of Emergency has been declared for the Borough of Zelienople due to the heavy rain and severe flooding Tuesday evening.
All residents in the area are urged to stay indoors and avoid traveling on Main Street, East Beaver Street, West Beaver Street, Jefferson Street, Clay Street, Green Lane, and West New Castle.
