VIRGINIA — Police in Richmond were responding to a barricade incident at the Omni hotel Tuesday.
Photos from the scene showed a broken window. According to WWBT, a citizen found a note thrown out of a window that said “help.”
Police told local media ‘they are keeping the Las Vegas mass shooting in mind.’ The public is urged to avoid the area.

The were no reports of injuries of gunfire.
