OKLAHOMA — A Clinton, Oklahoma Public Schools teacher told police she sex with a student multiple times, including during a teacher walkout, officials say.

On Saturday, April 7th, 2018, a Clinton Public Schools teacher and her husband drove to the Clinton Police Department where she confessed to having a sexual relationship with one of her 15-year-old students.

The Clinton Police Department requested OSBI special agents assist with the investigation. OSBI agents interviewed Keri Hoffman, 36, and collected the information about the crimes.

Hoffman used Facebook messenger to communicate with the teenage boy and to set up locations for sexual contact. She admitted to having sex with the boy numerous times since March 30, 2018, inside her car in Washita County and inside her father’s detached garage in Custer County.

Hoffman went on to say that last week she took a group of students to the Capitol to participate in the teacher walkout. The victim was part of that group. Hoffman picked him up first and dropped him off last, having sex with him each time.

After an OSBI special agent interviewed the victim, agents arrested Hoffman at 329 N. 24th in Clinton and booked her into the Custer County jail. She is being charged with Facilitating Sexual Conduct or Communication with Minor by Use of Technology, which carries up to 10 years in prison or up to a $10,000 fine; two counts of Second Degree Rape, each carries up to 15 years in prison; and with Pattern of Criminal Offenses, which carries up to 2 years or a fine of up to $25,000. Her bond was reduced to $30,000
