NASHVILLE – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have obtained indictments for a woman accused of pointing a gun at two police officers, resulting in an officer-involved shooting earlier this year in Robertson County.

At the request of 19th District Attorney General John Carney, TBI Agents began investigating an officer-involved shooting in White House, TN on June 16th. During the course of the investigation, Agents developed information that Samantha Rediker (DOB 11-29-82) pointed a gun, later identified as a BB gun, at two officers from the White House Police Department, who were responding to a reported domestic situation involving Rediker and her wife at the Motel 6 on Hester Drive. Though the officers gave multiple commands for Rediker to drop the gun, she did not comply. The officers subsequently fired their weapons, striking Rediker, who was later treated and released.
