CRIMEA — Cellphone footage filmed by students shows the shooting unfold at Kerch Polytechnic College in Crimea.
According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, at least 19 people were killed and 50 more injured at the attack Wednesday.
The 18-year-old student gunman, identified as Vladislav Roslyakov, ran through the school shooting before turning the weapon on himself. Witnesses also reported an explosion.
A motive for the attack was not known.
Russia seized Crimea from Ukraine in 2014.
