‘The Water Is Almost Above Their Heads!’: Cops Release Terrifying 911 Calls From Ellicott City Flood

This video contains several 911 calls received during the May 27 Ellicott City flood. Howard County Police and Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services 911 dispatchers answered 1,122 calls from 3:30-10:30 p.m. on Sunday. At least one person was killed in the flood.
