Two men and a woman are arrested by Calif. Human Trafficking Task Force

SAN BERNARDINO, CALIF. — On Tuesday, February 6, 2018, investigators from the San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force were conducting a motel operation, in the 200 block of Hospitality Lane. Two females were contacted and provided victim services. While conducting the initial investigation, other Task Force members initiated contact with four additional subjects, also believed to be involved in Human Trafficking. All four subjects were detained and transported to the San Bernardino Police Station.

Through additional interview and investigation, investigators were able to determine that Denzel Freeman and William Sisco were involved in Pimping and Pandering of Victim #1. Investigators also determined that Halen Hale was also involved in the Pandering of Victim #1.

The three suspects were arrested and booked into the Central Detention Center for felony violations of PC 266h- Pimping and PC 266i-Pandering. Victim #1 was provided contacts, services, and resources through The Open Door Program, a local organization which provides services and resources to victims of Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence, and Abuse, throughout San Bernardino County.

The San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force consists of investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office, San Bernardino Police Department, Ontario Police Department, San Bernardino Unified School District Police, Office of Homeland Security and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
