New York, New York—Index crimes continue to decline in New York City. When comparing 2015 through October 31st, versus the same period in 2014, crime is down 3.1 percent or 2,817 fewer crimes, the NYPD said.

NYPD was in pursuit of a BMW on Kings Highway & E 98 St. Units are advising that they have lost sight of the vehicle, which has 3 occupants. It is unknown what the vehicle is wanted for. NYPD Aviation is overhead assisting in the search.
