VIDEO: Cops Looking For Suspect In 10 ‘NYPD Impersonation’ Robberies

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a male Hispanic 25-30 years old wanted in connection with ten (10) police impersonation robberies that occurred in the 41, 43, 45, 48, 50, 52 precincts.

The suspect picks up victims while driving a livery cab, identifies himself as a police officer while producing a shield, and forcibly removes the victim’s personal property. A firearm has been displayed.

Incident #1 – At approximately 12:30AMs on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at E. 194 St. and Webster Ave. in the confines of the 52 Precinct.

Incident #2 – At approximately 2:00AM on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at Westchester Ave. and Zerega Ave. in the confines of the 45 Precinct.

Incident #3 – At approximately 6:00AM on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 4408 Park Ave. in the confines of the 48 Precinct.

Incident #4 – At approximately 2:40AM on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 55 E. 196 St. in the confines of the 52 Precinct.

Incident #5 – At approximately 3:15AM on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Elder Ave. and Westchester Ave. in the confines of the 43 Precinct.

Incident #6 – At approximately 11:30PM on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 998 Longwood Ave. in the confines of the 41 Precinct.

Incident #7 – At approximately 3:30AM on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Wheeler Ave. and Westchester Ave. in the confines of the 43 Precinct.

Incident #8 – At approximately 4:45AM on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 2856 Webster Ave. in the confines of the 52 Precinct.

Incident #9 – At approximately 3:45AM on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Broadway and W. 236 St. in the confines of the 50 Precinct.

Incident #10 – At approximately 9:00PM on Monday, September 23, 2013 at 1415 Rowland St. in the confines of the 45 Precinct.

The suspect is a Male Hispanic 25-30, 5’9″, heavy build, driving a brown Mercury Grand Marquis or a Black Toyota livery vehicle.
