Video Released After 1 Shot Dead, 2 Injured While Attempting To Help Woman Being Harassed at Store in Houston

HOUSTON, TX — (Scroll Down For Video) — Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide investigators are releasing surveillance video from the shooting on Friday, January 26, 2018, at the DJ’s Food Mart located at the intersection of Bammel North Houston and Veterans Memorial.

Investigators need the public’s help in identifying three male subjects.

Upon deputies’ arrival, it was discovered 3 male victims had been shot; 1 male was confirmed deceased after being transported to a local hospital.

Deputies learned an unknown female was outside the store being harassed by 2-3 males.

Three males inside the store observed what was transpiring and walked outside to help the female. As the victims approached the suspects, the suspect opened fire.

The first victim was shot in the leg and ran behind the store to the apartment complex.

The second victim was shot in the back. The first 2 victims were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The Hispanic male shooter is described as heavy set, wearing a black and red two tone shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes. He has been tentatively identified as Judas Deluna, 21.

He shot at the victims, and then all three fled in a black colored Lincoln Navigator with a gray colored front bumper.

The second Hispanic male subject is an older Hispanic male, 40-50 yrs. of age, medium to heavy build, wearing a blue and white plaid or stripe jacket and a light colored T-shirt with blue jeans.

A third occupant of the vehicle was described as a medium to heavy set Hispanic male wearing a black jacket and a light blue or turquois shirt.
