RED BLUFF, Calif. — The Red Bluff Police Department (RBPD) released video from an officer-involved shooting involving a suspect, Joseph Thompson, 36, who was armed with a pellet rifle.
Thompson remains in the hospital still recovering from his injuries. The following video was released by RBPD.
