SEATTLE — Police and fire crews were able to use a ladder to rescue a half-naked, hammer-wielding man hanging upside down by his foot from a basketball hoop at Cal Anderson Park in Seattle.
Seattle police stated that he would possibly be arrested for property destruction “or at least goal-tending.”
It was not immediately clear why the man had climbed up onto the hoop.
