A local hero stopped someone from kidnapping two young children in New York City last Friday. But, it is unclear if the suspect will face criminal charges as the city sent “medical experts” to evaluate the man instead of hauling him to jail.
The NYPD told WPIX they had no information to provide on the incident. Watch the video report below.
