LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS — Vickie Arriaga, 52 stabbed her brother, Cecil in the back Saturday night.
Upon arrival, Police found the man laying in the street. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Neighbors told police that Arriaga had come to their house asking for help getting Massey out of the home that she and Massey shared. They also said that Arriaga was hitting herself in the head to make it appear that she was assaulted.
No other details were available.
