For the second day in a row, Russian bombers have been spotted off the coast of Alaska. According to Fox News, the aircraft came ‘within 36 miles of the mainland while flying north of the Aleutian Islands.’<\/p>\n
On Tuesday, the U.S. military intercepted two Russian bombers in international airspace off Alaska’s coast.<\/p>\n
Two United States F-22 fighters responded from Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage to make the interception.<\/p>\n
