Cain, who is now 86 and living in Pennsylvania, was charged with taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial or supervisory relationship.<\/p>\n<p>The case was initially reported in 2004, but the complaint was then withdrawn. It was reopened in May of this year, and after consultation with the Office of the Commonwealth\u2019s Attorney, a warrant was issued on July 17.<\/p>\n<p>Cain turned himself in yesterday at a police station after learning of the warrant.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VIRGINIA &#8212; \u2013 A retired priest was arrested yesterday morning for an alleged crime against a child that occurred about 14 years ago.
