This storm is expected to bring significant rainfall and wind that may result in life-threatening flooding, mudslides, and storm surges. Disruptions to travel and services are likely throughout the projected path of the hurricane. U.S. citizens should follow the emergency instructions provided by local authorities.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Cuba?src=hash\">#Cuba<\/a> Emergency Msg: We urge US citizens to depart Cuba if possible.
