The incident is under control. The Parks Mall has closed so please avoid the area. Follow instructions from First Responders if inside the mall.&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0&#8212; <em>&#8220;We are working an incident at Parks Mall involving an officer-involved shooting. One suspect involved. No suspects outstanding. This is NOT an active shooter incident. It\u2019s related to an offense. @ArlingtonParks Mall is being evacuated by security. Incident under control. &#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Police later said a theft suspect ran from a officer before displaying a replica handgun and being shot&#8212;his condition is not known.
