Kim is expected to be arraigned today.<\/p>\n<p>On Sept. 26, Kim was working at the Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery Center in Beverly Hills and allegedly had given the patient, Dr. Mark Greenspan, medicine to sedate the victim before surgery.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant is accused of injecting himself with drugs during the procedure. While Greenspan was in a recovery room, Kim allegedly gave him a lethal dose of Demerol.<\/p>\n<p>Soon after, Greenspan went into cardiac arrest and died.<\/p>\n<p>Kim faces up to 25 years to life in state prison if convicted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LOS ANGELES &#8212; An anesthesiologist has been charged with the fatal overdose of a 71-year-old patient earlier this year.
