Union Blvd,\u201d Colorado Springs police said in a tweet. \u201cSituation not safe at this time. Several streets in the area are closed, and citizens are asked to avoid the area. Citizens in the area are asked to stay inside and away from windows.\u201d [&#8230;] &#8220;Please stay out of the area\/&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It was unclear if anyone has been injured.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fox21news.com\/news\/crime\/police-investigating-shooting-in-northern-colorado-springs\/926623775\"><em>FOX 21<\/em><\/a>, &#8216;the incident began around 3:40 p.m., when officers went to serve an outstanding warrant, and the subject of the warrant began shooting.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The suspect is a white male, in his 30s, around six feet tall, wearing a gray hoodie and light blue jeans.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/CSPD?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#CSPD<\/a> working critical incident- active shooter- near Union and Vickers.
