Touch in Lynn, Massachusetts. Touch is an alleged leader of the Young Bloods, a violent street gang operating in and around Lynn. Touch is scheduled to appear in Middlesex Superior Court later this morning. Police say Touch was found hiding inside a drawer built into a bed frame in a Lynn apartment.<\/p>\n<p>On June 15, 2017, Touch, also known as \u201cKevin Touch,\u201d \u201cFat Boy,\u201d and \u201cC Sick\u201d was indicted by a grand jury in Middlesex County, along with two other associates for his involvement in a 2012 home invasion in Billerica, Massachusetts, resulting in the murder of the victim. He is charged with murder in the first degree, home invasion, attempt to commit armed robbery, and two counts of conspiracy. Prior to that, an arrest warrant was issued on January 10, 2017, by Middlesex Superior Court for Touch after he failed to appear in court on the following charges: possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity feeding device, carrying a loaded firearm, and defacing a serial number on a firearm. Subsequently, on May 22, 2017, another arrest warrant was issued for him out of U.S. District Court in Boston, Massachusetts for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>Following his capture, Touch was taken to the Lynn Police Department, where he was booked and was later transferred to custody of the Billerica Police Department.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Massachusetts &#8212; Last night at 7:30 p.m., the FBI\u2019s North Shore Gang Task Force and the Massachusetts State Police Special Tactical Operations Team arrested Steven C.
