NORMAN, Oklahoma — The Norman Police Department responded to a report of a deceased female inside a residence in the 2800 block of Dewey Avenue at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday. Once on-scene, officers located the victim, 27-year-old Brittani Young, with apparent trauma to the head.<\/p>\n
A witness to the incident stated that she observed the suspect, later identified as 29-year-old Joseph Fidel Alliniece, stomping on Young\u2019s head with his foot while she lay on the floor.<\/p>\n
Another witness reported that she heard Young screaming from within the apartment before seeing Alliniece run from the scene of the incident.<\/p>\n
Alliniece was taken into custody without incident by the Oklahoma City Police Department in the area of S. 89th Street and May Avenue in Oklahoma City at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.<\/p>\n
