Two of the victims are juveniles.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators are releasing this information due to Diaz\u2019s employment as a building services employee at Gaithersburg High School located at 101 Education Boulevard in Gaithersburg.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, May 2, detectives from the Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) received information from one juvenile victim that Diaz has inappropriately touched her for approximately three years. Investigators then interviewed another juvenile victim who stated that Diaz has inappropriately touched her for five years. Detectives interviewed the adult victim who stated that Diaz had inappropriately touched her when she was 18-years-old. Investigators believe that all of Diaz\u2019s inappropriate touching of the victims occurred in his residence.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-120377\" src=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/ancelmo-diaz-aa138307.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"482\" height=\"322\" srcset=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/ancelmo-diaz-aa138307.jpeg 482w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/ancelmo-diaz-aa138307-300x200.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 482px) 100vw, 482px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During a police interview, Diaz made statements partially admitting to the inappropriate touching of the victims.<\/p>\n<p>On May 3, investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Diaz charging him with six counts of sexual abuse of a minor, seven counts of fourth-degree sex offense, and one count of second-degree assault.<\/p>\n<p>On May 8, Diaz turned himself in to police and was transported to the Central Processing Unit.
