Once shots were fired, patrons and employees were able to exit the area and seek safety.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect also activated the fire alarm in efforts to cause further confusion. Several 911 calls were received in reference to several shots fired. Officers from the City of Doral and Miami-Dade Police Departments immediately responded and identified the location of the subject.<\/p>\n<p>Without hesitation, the officers engaged the subject and an exchange of gunfire ensued.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/D2x9lLpInlI\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The suspect was subsequently struck and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue transported him to Kendall Regional Trauma Center, where he is listed in good condition.
