Specialized Investigations Division detectives this evening charged Joshua Williamson, 28, with making a false report of an emergency, a felony, for telephoning a bomb threat to a Nissan Stadium security representative Wednesday morning and, in a subsequent call, urging that Sunday’s CMA concert be canceled.

Detectives were able to link Williamson, of Columbia, to the out of state telephone number from which the call was placed. He was taken into custody at a downtown business where he just started working. He acknowledged making the calls in an interview after his arrest.
