Clinton County Sheriff deputies arrived on scene first and placed a subject in custody.<\/p>\n<p>A victim was transported to the University of Vermont Healthcare Network at the Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh. The victim was pronounced deceased.<\/p>\n<p>State Police have determined the investigation to be an apparent stabbing and homicide. The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Michael Zindler of West Chazy.<\/p>\n<p>A 14-year-old is currently in custody and is charged as a Youthful Offender with Murder 2nd degree. The youth will be arraigned in the Clinton County Youth Part Court.
