Washington told dispatchers he had built a bomb.<\/p>\n<p>Officers with the bomb squad arrived and cleared the device, confirming it was indeed a live IED, WHO <a href=\"https:\/\/whotv.com\/2019\/01\/16\/police-man-built-improvised-explosive-device-while-at-sushi-restaurant\/\">reported<\/a>. Police do not know what Washington was planning to do with the device.<\/p>\n<p>Washington is charged with possession of explosive or incendiary material with intent.
