NICEVILLE, Florida — A three year old Bluewater Bay child found dead in his home March 15th died as a result of multiple stab wounds. An autopsy was conducted today by the Medical Examiner\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
Okaloosa County Sheriff\u2019s Office investigators say Frederick Franken Jr. was discovered on the floor of his Rawlins Court home by his mother after she\u2019d returned from work.<\/p>\n
Beside the boy was his 61-year old father, Frederick Franken Sr., who had multiple self-inflicted stab wounds.<\/p>\n
The child was pronounced dead at the scene. The father is currently in stable condition at an area hospital.<\/p>\n
A steak knife was recovered.<\/p>\n
The child\u2019s mother told OCSO investigators the couple was experiencing marital difficulties and she had recently told her husband she wanted a divorce.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
