A small plane reportedly crashed near Fredericksburg, Texas, around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Ricky Friedrich, owner of the Silver Wings Airport, located 15 miles southwest of Fredericksburg and just north of Kerrville, said a resident of Silver Wings Flying Ranch crashed his “light-weight plane” into a cattle fence.<\/p>\n
Friedrich told KENS 5 the victim was transported to an area hospital with a broken leg and other injuries.<\/p>\n
Witnesses were unsure if the pilot was flying solo or with a passenger.<\/p>\n
