\n\nMESA COUNTY, Colo – Tuesday, Forrest Nash and Cory Nash, both of Grand Junction, were taken into custody after a warrant was obtained for their arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just after midnight on November 30, 2019, deputies began investing a report of child abuse after a young child was brought to St. Mary\u2019s Hospital in critical condition. The child was suspected to have ingested a potentially lethal amount of marijuana and was flown to Salt Lake City Children\u2019s Hospital for emergency care. The child is now recovering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon further investigation additional incidents of child abuse involving 5 other children ranging in age from 8-13 were alleged to have occurred between January 2019 and November 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
