Packer was arrested today in Virginia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">CBS News\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CBS_Herridge?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@CBS_Herridge<\/a> reports the rioter wearing a \u201cCamp Auschwitz\u201d sweatshirt has been arrested in Newport News, Virginia, according to a law enforcement source. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/MM1cQ3paZl\">pic.twitter.com\/MM1cQ3paZl<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; David Begnaud (@DavidBegnaud) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DavidBegnaud\/status\/1349357553541550085?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 13, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<ol class=\"rteindent2\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Nicholas Rodean was charged with one count of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without law authority; one count of knowingly, with intent to impede government business or official functions, engaging in disorderly conduct on capitol grounds; and one count of and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in the capitol buildings. Rodean was arrested today in Washington, D.C.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol class=\"rteindent2\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Aaron Mostofsky, was charged with one felony count of theft of government property. He was arrested in New York City yesterday.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol class=\"rteindent2\" start=\"4\">\n<li>William Pepe was charged with one count of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without law authority. Pepe was arrested yesterday in New York.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol class=\"rteindent2\" start=\"5\">\n<li>Andrew Williams was charged with one count of unlawful entry of a restricted building and one count of disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. Williams was arrested in Florida yesterday.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol class=\"rteindent2\" start=\"6\">\n<li>Josiah Colt, of Meridian, Idaho, was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.\u00a0Colt was arrested yesterday in Idaho.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol class=\"rteindent2\" start=\"7\">\n<li>Kevin Loftus was charged with one count of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without law authority and one count of violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. Loftus was arrested yesterday in Wisconsin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Capitol rioter in \u2018Camp Auschwitz\u2019 sweatshirt identified as Hampton Roads man\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AZWF1kqdDwo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In addition, three defendants previously charged by criminal complaint have been indicted in federal court in the District of Columbia:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"rteindent2\">\n<li>Lonnie Coffman<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"rteindent2\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Jacob Chansley<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"rteindent2\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Mark Leffingwell<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Defendant, Richard Barnett, who was arrested on Jan. 8, 2021, was charged in an amended complaint yesterday with one count of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without law authority; one count of violent entry and disorderly conduct on capitol grounds; and one count of theft of public money, property, or records.<\/p>\n<p>Additional complaints have been submitted in federal court and investigations are ongoing.
