He&#8217;s charged with murder and aggravated arson, and he is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday, according to the arrest report.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ferrero gave a full confession to a fire investigator before leading police to the location of Greenlee&#8217;s body, authorities told ABC News.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Greenlee was last seen working her waitressing shift at a local restaurant before heading home, police said. Two days later, she missed a doctor&#8217;s appointment &#8212; and a fire broke out in the apartment, with Ferrero telling police that their dog kicked over a candle, igniting the fire.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He later confessed to starting the fire as a way to cover up Greenlee&#8217;s death, authorities said.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The developments in the case come hours after family and friends held a vigil, hoping for Greenlee&#8217;s safe return.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;She was a caring person. She always thought about other people,&#8221; her father Douglas Greenlee told ABC News on Tuesday. &#8220;She would do stuff for others before she would think about herself.&#8221;<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Greenlee&#8217;s mother Winnie Chutes said it was uncommon for her daughter to go so long without contact.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;Samantha would have contacted us by now.
