Bethel Park, PA – Police say a call for a missing Doordash delivery led to two arrests in Bethel Park.

Just after midnight on Monday, officers responded to check on the welfare of a Doordash driver who had not delivered an order made several hours before. Officers found the car abandoned in the parking lot of the pick-up location and the business was closed.

Officers located Jacob Wilson, 38, of Woodsfield, Ohio walking behind the business, but could not locate his wife, Sonya Wilson, 32, who was the missing delivery person.

After several hours, Sonya appeared and told officers she had been assaulted and threatened by Jacob. Jacob was arrested and charged with Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, and Harassment.

During the investigation, it was determined that Sonya had gone to a neighboring office building, where she entered a closed business and spent 3 hours inside, before leaving with stolen property. Sonya was arrested for Burglary and Receiving Stolen Property, and found in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
