HELENA \u2013\u00a0Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen today issued an Attorney General\u2019s Opinion (AGO), holding the use of \u201cCritical Race Theory\u201d (CRT) and so-called \u201cantiracism\u201d programming in many instances is discriminatory and violates federal and state law. The AGO, which carries the weight of law in Montana, was issued after a\u00a0May 12 request<\/a>\u00a0from Superintendent of Public Instruction Elsie Arntzen.<\/p>\n
