{"id":174104,"date":"2022-05-17T22:41:21","date_gmt":"2022-05-18T02:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/?p=174104"},"modified":"2022-05-17T22:42:46","modified_gmt":"2022-05-18T02:42:46","slug":"florida-deputy-faces-dui-charges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/florida-deputy-faces-dui-charges\/","title":{"rendered":"Florida Deputy Faces DUI Charges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida \u2013 Officers from the St. Petersburg Police Department have arrested a Pinellas County Sheriff\u2019s Office deputy for Driving Under the Influence (DUI).<\/p>\n<p>At about 1:03 a.m., on May 17, 2022, officers conducted a traffic stop at 108th Avenue North and 4th Street North in St. Petersburg on 26-year-old Shelby Coniglio.<\/p>\n<p>According to officers, Coniglio showed signs of impairment by having an odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath, slurred speech, blank expression, bloodshot\/glassy eyes, and she was unsteady on her feet. Coniglio agreed to perform Field Sobriety Tests, but performed poorly on them.<\/p>\n<p>Officers say Coniglio submitted to a breath sample which indicated she had a BrAC of .206\/.219.<\/p>\n<p>Coniglio was arrested and charged with one count of Driving Under the Influence with Bal .15 or Greater She was transported to the Pinellas County Jail without incident.<\/p>\n<p>Coniglio was hired by the Pinellas County Sheriff\u2019s Office, on September 10, 2018.
