A vehicle deliberately drove into a group of protesters in Minneapolis Tuesday afternoon. They had gathered toghtehr to protest the grand jury decision which decided that Officer Wilson would not face any charges.<\/p>\n
The event was a solidarity rally and march for Michael Brown. It was taking place near the Minneapolis Police Department\u2019s 3rd Precinct headquarters at Lake Street and Minnehaha Avenue S.<\/p>\n
Eye witness reports state that the car was honking at protesters blocking the intersection before it headed into the crowd mowing over a women.<\/p>\n
The driver of the vehicle did eventually stop near E 31st Street and 42nd Avenue S., according to authorities. Police are currently speaking with the driver.<\/p>\n
The driver, who is male, is cooperating with police,<\/p>\n
