WILMINGTON, Del. \u2014 A man arrested shortly\u00a0after multiple gunshots were fired near Vice President Joe Biden’s home says he was “accosted” during an altercation with Police.<\/p>\n
57 year-old, Rock Peters was not charged in connection with the shooting incident, The News Journal <\/i>has learned.<\/p>\n
But he faces reckless endangering and resisting arrest charges after fleeing from an officer near the Biden estate and scuffling with two others just before 9 p.m., according to a police affidavit.<\/p>\n
“That’s a lie,” Peters said Monday night during an interview at his Hockessin home.<\/p>\n
