Beginning at 6:00 pm tonight, January 26th, all New York City Parks will be closed.<\/p>\n
New York City schools will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday January 27th.<\/p>\n
New York City Residents experiencing problems with heat or hot water should call 311. Use 911 for emergencies.<\/p>\n
