OAKLAND, Calif. –1100 block\/28th Street<\/p>\n
Sebastian Ledwick, 33, was arrested for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and shooting into an occupied vehicle, according to sheriff’s Sgt. Ray Kelly.<\/p>\n
3:15 p.m. Wednesday, two plainclothes detectives were conducting surveillance when Ledwick allegedly fired a shot into their unmarked vehicle, causing the deputies to flee the scene.<\/p>\n
In addition to apprehending Ledwick, investigators also recovered the handgun believed to have been used in the crime, according to Kelly.<\/p>\n
Kelly did not yet know whether Ledwick will also face drug charges in connection with the suspected marijuana grow.<\/p>\n
