DEKALB COUNTY, Georgia — An unarmed black man, Anthony Hill, was shot and killed by a white cop,\u00a0DeKalb County Police Officer Robert Olsen, in Georgia.<\/p>\n
Police were responding to reports of a naked man knocking on doors and acting strangely at an apartment complex Monday.<\/p>\n

The man charged at responding Officers. At that point, he was shot at least twice by Police.<\/p>\n
According to \u00a0CBS46:<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have what we refer to as a continuum force,\u201d said DeKalb County Public Safety Director Cedric Alexander.<\/em><\/p>\n Continuum force allows police in the heat of the moment the right to use deadly force, just as any private citizen would.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cDifferent scenarios require different tools,\u201d said Dr. Alexander. \u201cPolicing of course is a very unpredictable job and scenarios pop up all the time.
