The fire quickly spread to the roof. FDNY called a second alarm, which was soon followed by a third alarm request.<\/p>\n<p>At some point during the blaze, what appears to be a very angry fire chief comes over the radio barking orders.<\/p>\n<p>Breaking911.com was unable to verify who the high-ranking &#8220;potty-mouthed&#8221; FDNY Chief is.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0following is a transcript of what he said &#8211; followed below by a video and audio:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Command to Battalion 10.
