SCROLL DOWN FOR VIDEO — ISIS has released a video which the terror organization claims shows their men beating fellow terrorists who took a break from murder and mayhem to have a cigarette.<\/p>\n
The video shows a group of men sitting down under a black ISIS flag while on terrorist begins stamping on them and then prodding them with the barrel of his assault rifle.<\/p>\n
Later several terrorists join in the punishment, furiously whipping the men.<\/p>\n
Abu Mohammad Hussam, founder of Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently (RBSS), an anti-ISIS group, told the Independent: \u201cThe first time he will be arrested and flogged (40 lashes).<\/p>\n
\u201cIf he smokes again, he will be whipped and imprisoned. On the third occasion, he will be taken to a camp in the countryside and fined a large sum of money.\u201d<\/p>\n
A senior IS police chief was found decapitated with a cigarette hanging from his mouth in February earlier this year.<\/p>\n
The words \u201cO Sheikh this is munkar\u201d were written on his body, translated as \u201cthis is evil, you Sheikh,\u201d according to the British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.<\/p>\n
A first smoking offence is punished by 40 lashes. A second offence leads to a whipping and imprisonment. A third smoking infringement results in a large fine and a trip to a country camp.<\/p>\n
