NEW YORK — (Scroll Down For Video) — The Donald went on CNN to defend his recent comments about Mexican Immigrants.<\/p>\n
Trump is under fire for comments made during a speech saying: \u201cWhen Mexico sends its people, they\u2019re not sending their best\u2026 They\u2019re sending people that have lots of problems, and they\u2019re bringing those problems with us. They\u2019re bringing drugs. They\u2019re bringing crime. They\u2019re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.\u201d<\/p>\n
In a new interview with CNN’s Don Lemon, Trump says, “Somebody\u2019s doing the raping, Don.”<\/p>\n
LEMON: I read [the stats], that\u2019s about women being raped. It\u2019s not about criminals coming across the border entering the country.<\/p>\n
TRUMP: Somebody\u2019s doing the raping, Don. I mean, you know, somebody\u2019s doing it. You say it\u2019s women being raped. Well, who\u2019s doing the raping? Well, how can you say such a thing?<\/p>\n
