Frederick County, MARYLAND — At least one person is dead and another injured during a reported stabbing at a ‘prayer center’ in Maryland Sunday evening.<\/p>\n

The incident took place at the Anna Prayer Counseling Center, according to CBS Baltimore.<\/p>\n

Police say one person is in custody and that there\u2019s is no threat to the community related to the stabbing.<\/p>\n

The location is a prayer\/retreat center, a Korean non profit, non denominational. At the time of the crime, a prayer service was being held, reports said.<\/p>\n

The suspet taken into custody called 911 and turned himself in. The suspect had been staying at the Anna Prayer facility for approximately a week, reports said.<\/p>\n

The victims were a husband and wife, the male was killed. The female victim was rushed to the hospital in serious but stable condition.<\/p>\n

No further details were available.<\/p>\n
