WATCH: (Scroll Down For Video) What started off as a dance off between two rival high school drill teams ended with a violent melee involving dozens of teenagers and parents who rushed into the field in Dallas.<\/p>\n

The brawl broke out Friday night at Wilmer Hutchins Stadium at the conclusion of a football game between Wilmer Hutchins High School and James Madison High School.<\/span><\/p>\n

Grainy cellphone footage shot by an eyewitness captured the moment the schools’ all-female drill teams came to blows.<\/p>\n

In the video obtained by the station Fox 26<\/a>, Deshannon Roberts\u2019 15-year-old daughter, Shamyra Cooper, stands on one side of the field with other members of James Madison\u2019s drill team. Across from them, members of Wilmer Hutchins\u2019 dance squad are lined up.<\/p>\n

\u2018It was a horrible fight, everyone was going blow-for-blow. My daughter’s hair was pulled,\u2019 Ms Roberts told the station.<\/p>\n

The Dallas Independent School District released a statement addressing the affray.<\/p>\n

\u2018Impromptu dance-offs are not part of the approved performance for dance teams and fighting is never acceptable. Disciplinary actions will be taken as appropriate,\u2019 the statement read.<\/p>\n

District officials said the girls involved in the commotion will not be permitted to partake in upcoming performances at football games.<\/p>\n

None of the brawlers suffered serious injuries and no arrests were made.<\/p>\n
