Police units from multiple juristictions responded.<\/p>\n<p>Students and faculty members\u00a0were\u00a0bused to the Douglas County Fairgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>13\u00a0people are dead and dozens more <a href=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/breaking-chilling-audio-of-police-dispatched-to-oregon-college-shooting\/\">were injured.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A student says the gunman &#8220;asked people to stand up and state their religion,&#8221; before opening fire.<\/p>\n<p>The shooter, a 20-year-old male, was killed in a firefight with responding officers.<\/p>\n<p>The Douglas County Sheriff&#8217;s Office is leading <a href=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/developing-active-shooter-at-umpqua-community-college\/\">the investigation.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The following screenshots are from &#8216;4Chan&#8217; and <strong>are not confirmed to be from the alleged shooter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged gunman wrote: <em>&#8220;Some of you guys are alright. Don&#8217;t go to school tomorrow if you are in the northwest. happening thread will be posted tomorrow morning ..\u00a0so long space robots&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Another user replied: <em>&#8220;I suggest you enter a classroom and tell people that you will take them as hostages. Make everyone get in one corner and then open fire.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Make sure that there is no way that someone can disarm you as it it possible.
