WATCH: (Scroll Down For Video) Two beloved family dogs have been saved from near death after firefighters rescued them from a house blaze, gave them CPR and oxygen.<\/p>\n
A fire that may have been caused by a space heater on an overloaded electrical circuit broke out in a Utah home where an elderly man lives with his two dogs Betty and Buddy on Saturday.<\/p>\n
The man was not at the home when the fire began around noon, but his son happened to stop by and immediately told a neighbor to call 911.<\/p>\n
Kevin Sargent ran to the backyard and grabbed a bucket of water before trying to get Betty and Buddy out of the house.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n ‘The smoke overcomes you fast,’ he told Fox 13 Now<\/a>.<\/p>\n Betty was resuscitated \u00a0and given oxygen through a specialized mask.<\/p>\n
