When they engaged him, he would then overpower them by grabbing their arms or hair, pull them to a secluded area, and rape them, according to the <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/nypost.com\/2015\/04\/29\/rikers-inmate-charged-with-sexually-assaulting-female-officer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">New York Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\"><a href=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/f91fa649ad05cbebb81f278ac4a1fa6e.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-58291\" src=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/f91fa649ad05cbebb81f278ac4a1fa6e.jpg\" alt=\"f91fa649ad05cbebb81f278ac4a1fa6e\" width=\"742\" height=\"819\" srcset=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/f91fa649ad05cbebb81f278ac4a1fa6e.jpg 742w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/f91fa649ad05cbebb81f278ac4a1fa6e-272x300.jpg 272w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/f91fa649ad05cbebb81f278ac4a1fa6e-696x768.jpg 696w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/f91fa649ad05cbebb81f278ac4a1fa6e-381x420.jpg 381w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 742px) 100vw, 742px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"ext-gen44\" class=\"mol-para-with-font\"><span id=\"ext-gen45\">In 2008, he had been convicted of raping a 17-year-old girl, but was still loose on the streets in 2013, when he committed his one-man raping spree.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">One victim, 25, submitted a victim impact statement to the court before his sentencing in Brooklyn on Monday, saying, &#8216;What Dexter Bell did to me changed my life forever. Even after two years, I don\u2019t feel as safe.\u00a0Bell deserves to go to jail for a very long time. Not just because of what he did to me but so he never does this to anyone else ever again.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\"><span id=\"ext-gen47\">Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson said, &#8216;This serial rapist, who committed four rapes within one week, including one of a 15-year-old girl, is a sadistic and violent sexual predator who is simply not fit to walk the streets ever again.
