An told <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/wjla.com\/news\/local\/montgomery-county-fire-department-frees-medium-size-dog-stuck-in-drain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">WJLA<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Cookie was dirty but found to be in good health and was not malnourished when he was rescued.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\"><a href=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/a03deb17eb99483b1f55ce59d4b1cbee.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-58728\" src=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/a03deb17eb99483b1f55ce59d4b1cbee-1024x540.jpg\" alt=\"a03deb17eb99483b1f55ce59d4b1cbee\" width=\"940\" height=\"496\" srcset=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/a03deb17eb99483b1f55ce59d4b1cbee-1024x540.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/a03deb17eb99483b1f55ce59d4b1cbee-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/a03deb17eb99483b1f55ce59d4b1cbee-768x405.jpg 768w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/a03deb17eb99483b1f55ce59d4b1cbee-696x367.jpg 696w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/a03deb17eb99483b1f55ce59d4b1cbee-1068x564.jpg 1068w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/a03deb17eb99483b1f55ce59d4b1cbee-796x420.jpg 796w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/a03deb17eb99483b1f55ce59d4b1cbee.jpg 1260w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Cookie was first found by this Great Dane.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The dog was also still wearing his collar and tags from when he was lost in Kensington in 2014.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Firefighters were able to nudge Cookie by duct taping a large ball of towels to a fire hose and slowly pushing it into one side of the pipe and thus forcing him out of the other.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\"><span id=\"ext-gen315\">The shelter said Cookie was turned over &#8216;for his safety&#8217;
